"Raised in Washington, DC, I began my journey as the child of a teenage mother, often labeled as "at risk" by societal standards. However, these early challenges did not deter my aspirations; rather, they ignited a deep desire for a future filled with positive possibilities, far beyond what I observed in my surroundings. I owe a great deal to my mother, whose keen insight recognized both my potential and the hunger for growth within me. She made significant adjustments to my environment that enabled me to flourish.
My professional path commenced at the age of 14, where I honed my skills in various customer service roles, including food service and as a beautician's assistant. Over the years, this foundation has blossomed into a comprehensive career spanning over three decades in the customer service industry, alongside 25 years dedicated to Program Management and Human Resources Operations. My expertise lies in facilitating process improvement, strategic planning, development initiatives, and training programs, all aimed at empowering my clients.
